CoverCat has been producing equipment for PFP Application since 1988, using CoverCat 450 and 350 High Capacity Pump Units.

Over 100 PFP machines have been supplied world wide and have become a standard tool for solvent free application of PFP Epoxies.

Shipbuilding & Ship Repair

CoverCat entered the marine market in 1995, with the introduction of the CoverCat 452E System for Bulk Supply of High Solids marine coatings.

The system is capable of spraying material from up to 6 guns simultaneously on hoses up to 160m (500ft) each.

Pipe Coating Plant

Automated and transportable equipment with multiple section booms and remote control drive stations. Computer controlled options are available.

Combinations of spray head design use high frequency atomisers and rotary manifolds.

Pipeline Renovation

Trailer mounted systems for in-situ lining up to 250m of 1.5m diameter pipe.

Integral generators, winch and computer control of flow and recovery speed provide accurate and consistent lining with quality assurance approval.
