ARTICULATED SNAKE FOR NEGOIATING TIGHT BENDS & INCLINES
- Developed to fulfil the need for a pipe coating & inspection tool able to negotiate tight corners, in any direction and able to climb and descend inclines.
- The systems are skid mounted units, with centrally located controls to allow control of both snake and winch speed and direction.
- The snake system is driven into the pipe by three independent drive units, each with independent suspension that automatically adjust to the pipe size.
- A High Frequency Atomiser Unit is attached to the front of the PipeSnake.
- Variations in pipe diameters, from 115mm (4.5) to 1000mm (40) diameter pipes.

MODULAR DESIGN & TRANSPORTABLE SEMI-AUTOMATIC PIPE COATING MACHINE
- The pipe coating boom system comprises of 3x 6m (18ft) triangulated boom sections which can be further extended if required.
- A variable speed drive unit allows accurate control of boom recovery and coating speed providing a high quality finish to be achieved.
- Optional coating head and support systems can be installed depending on pipe diameter.
- The system is best operated in conjunction with CoverCat computerised control equipment.

IN-SITU SPRAY LINING RIGS FOR INTERNAL COATING & PIPELINE REHABILITATION
- Medium to high capacity spray lining rigs, covers pipe diameters from 75mm (3) to 1000mm (40)
- The systems are typically trailer or skid mounted and can be set to apply PU-rapid setting polymeric lining or epoxy resins. A wide range of mix ratios are available.
- The units are installed with an approved computer controlled monitoring system. Umbilical lining hoses, winch system, in-line mixer and rotary spray application head.
- Maximum lining length up to 250m (775ft) in continuous sections.

- CoverCat Pipe Tool Coating Heads are manufactured from High Quality Components to our own designs and can be adjusted to fit all commonly available pipe sizes from 75mm (3) to 1000mm (40).
- Pipe Sizes above 1000mm (40) require rotary head application units which are available to special order as each one is built to match individual requirements.
